2025 Folds of Honor Tournament
Since 2007, Folds of Honor, inspired by Lt Col Dan Rooney’s poignant experience upon witnessing the homecoming of Corporal Brock Bucklin’s remains, has dedicated itself to supporting the families of fallen or disabled American military members and, more recently, first responders. This initiative, fueled by Lt Col Rooney’s resolve to transform grief into hope, grants life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of those who sacrificed their lives or health in service. Folds of Honor stands as a testament to a collective commitment to ensuring that the guardians of American freedoms and their families are never forgotten, striving to provide educational opportunities and a brighter future for their loved ones.

In 2023, Blue Mash emerged as a dedicated supporter of the Folds of Honor foundation, a noble organization devoted to providing educational scholarships to the families of fallen and disabled service members. Through its commitment, Blue Mash was able to raise almost $2,500 for this worthy cause. The event was designed not just to honor military families but also to foster unity within the community through a shared love of golf, contributing significantly to a cause with a deep impact.
Looking ahead, Blue Mash is excited to announce the upcoming 3rd Annual Folds of Honor Charity Tournament in 2025. Although we are still finalizing the details, the anticipation for this event is already building. This yearly tournament has grown in popularity and has notably increased its positive effect on military families through scholarship provision. Participants can anticipate a day rich with meaningful golf, enhanced community connection, and the opportunity to support a cause that profoundly affects the lives of our nation’s service members. We will share more details about the next Fold of Honor tournament as they become available, offering an even greater chance for community engagement and support.
