Pro Shop Staff
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and Closing the Pro Shop
- Interacting with patrons and providing them excellent customer service
- Using Golf Now Reservations to book tee times and complete sales transactions
- Answering phones and emails in response to customer inquiries
- Supervising other department employees and providing direction
- Acting manager on duty when one is not available
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience / golf industry experience
- Flexible work availability including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced very dynamic environment
Player Assistant
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting every customer that arrives and assisting with their bags
- Inform golfers of course setup, rules, and messages before teeing off
- Maintains a smooth flow and acceptable pace of play given the conditions
- Assists in delivering food/beverage items to customers
- Rake bunkers, help players find lost balls, keep course clean and orderly, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Flexible work availability including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
Food & Beverage Staff
Responsibilities include:
- Prepping, cooking, and serving items from short order food menu
- Serving drinks at clubhouse bar and from course beverage cart (must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages)
- Cleaning and organizing kitchen area, bar, clubhouse, and patio
Requirements:
- Flexible work availability including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Maryland T.A.M. Certification preferred but not required
Guest Services Attendant
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean atmosphere on the course, driving range, parking lot, and clubhouse
- Washing and Detailing Golf Carts
- Picking the driving range and cleaning range balls
- Replenishing water coolers on the course
- Helping to set up and break down tables, chairs, and signage for golf outings
- Welcoming customers, assisting with golf bags, giving directions as needed
Requirements:
- Flexible work availability including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Able to do some heavy lifting
- Must have valid drivers license to operate golf carts and driving range picker
