Position: Pro Shop Attendant
Responsibilities Include:
Establishing excellent customer relations and ensuring the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public, Blue Mash members, and non-golfing guests
Assuring that the course and faciltities are ready to use on a day-to-day basis; including Opening/Closing the clubhouse, pro shop, and practice facilities
Supervising golf services staff
Enforcing all rules and regualtions governing the use of the golf course, golf carts, and practice faciltites
Answering phones and scheduling tee times using Fore! Reservations software
Selling pro shop merchandise and golf memberships
Acting manager if no manager is on duty and customer issue or complaint arrises
Ideal Candidate possesses the following:
Customer-service oriented; Retail/Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of the game of golf, course rules, golf etiquette, and golf equipment
Good phone etiquette
Previous experience with computers and cash registers
Reliable worker available to work 3-4 shifts a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule preferred
Position: Golf Services Attendant
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining a clean atmosphere on the course, driving range, parking lot, and clubhouse
Washing and Detailing Golf Carts
Picking the driving range and cleaning range balls
Replenishing water coolers on the course
Helping to set up and break down tables, chairs, and signage for outings
Welcoming customers and assisting with golf bags as needed
Ideal Candidate possesses the following:
Reliable worker available to work 3-4 shifts a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule preferred
Able to lift heavy objects
Must have valid drivers license to operate golf carts and driving range picker
Position: Starter/Player Assistant
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and assisting customers with directions, golf bags, carts, etc. as they arrive to the course and once round is finished
Communicating with pro shop staff to keep tee sheet up to date and on schedule
Informing customers of cart rules and course conditions and kindly reminding them of these rules and regualtions throughout their round if necessary
Maintaining a clean and orderly cart staging area, driving range/practice facility, and parking lot
Ideal Candidate possesses the following:
Customer-service oriented
Knowledge of golf, course rules, and golf etiquette
Reliable worker available to work 3-4 shifts a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule preferred
